  1. Miners

Overview & Incentives

FlameWire miners are the engine of the subnet. By exposing full‑archive RPC endpoints they earn a share of 41 % of daily ALPHA emissions (≈ 2 952  ა ALPHA/day). Rewards are distributed pro‑rata to performance weight—the higher your throughput, availability, and latency score, the larger your slice of the emission pie.

Metric

Weight impact

Notes

Throughput

Hard gate – if below threshold → weight = 0

Measured as successful requests per second under load‑test.

Latency (p95)

Half of remaining weight

Geo‑aware scoring—closer miners expected to respond faster.

Availability

Half of remaining weight

30‑minute sliding window of successful health checks.

Example: A miner with 5 % of the network’s total weight would earn ≈ 147 ALPHA per day (5 % × 2 952).
